- Purpose & Scope
If a buyer purchases a product or service from any seller and the seller receives the payment but fails to deliver the said product or service, Smart Work Mart shall not be held responsible for such actions.
The company’s role is only to connect buyers and sellers on the platform; it is not involved in or liable for any individual transaction between them.
If a buyer places an order for a seller’s product and the seller neither dispatches the product nor responds to the buyer, Smart Work Mart shall not be held liable in any manner.
- Eligibility for Return / Cancellation
Smart Work Mart provides listing and promotional services to sellers; however, the company does not guarantee any specific business outcome or leads from such listings.
Once a seller subscribes to any plan or service of Smart Work Mart and makes a payment, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances.
If a seller faces any issue after availing the company’s services and requests a refund, the company will not refund any amount, as the seller automatically accepts all Terms and Conditions of Smart Work Mart by using the platform.
If the seller does not agree with these terms, they are advised not to use the platform.
- Non-Returnable / Non-Cancellable Items
All transactions between a buyer and a seller are based on their mutual understanding.
Smart Work Mart does not provide any guarantee regarding the authenticity, quality, or delivery of any product or service.
If any seller commits fraud, takes payment but fails to deliver the product or service, Smart Work Mart shall not be responsible for any such loss or dispute.
This condition applies to all categories, listings, and products available on the platform.
Both buyer and seller shall be individually responsible for their transactions and dealings.
- Smart Work Mart’s Responsibility
Smart Work Mart only acts as a medium to share buyer requirements with sellers and to share seller details with buyers, enabling them to connect directly.
The company does not guarantee that the shared lead will be relevant or that the seller will receive business through it.
Smart Work Mart’s responsibility is limited to facilitating communication between both parties and not beyond that.
- Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute between a buyer and a seller, Smart Work Mart shall have no role or liability in resolving such disputes.
All matters, claims, or disagreements must be settled directly between the buyer and the seller without involving the company.
